I was one of two editors on Duty First: A Family’s Sacrifice for Service, an hour-long documentary produced by ABC6/FOX28 News. The project followed the lives of a mother and her children while their father served overseas for over a year. Myself and the whole team that worked on Duty First were proud to win a regional Edward R. Murrow award for best news documentary.
